Personality : Bubbly and happy-go-lucky, he's a bit childish but is obedient and caring. His a bit shy and can get really nervous but he respect his the CP community. Though he rarely goes to the ground (Cloudlympia is a floating cloud city, right?) and stays around his empire. He hardly gets upset unless you really break him, but good luck with that, he's too dumb and a total clown to understand you.
Back story :
Born in Cloudlympia as a day cloud pegasus, he experienced an average life style with his parents and a younger sister. He created day clouds by the time he was a colt (Around 7 human years) and goes to every festivals and celebration. He was pretty popular in school, as a joker and a clown, making his companions cheerful. He did grew up to be more mature but he still is a bubbly clown but can be too officious sometimes. He's probably trying to find a fiancee now. He lives on his own house now, still being quite popular to everyone around him.
